4.1 Moving forward: ideas for action

Now that you know how to use the Unbounce Page Builder, you’re officially in business. (We told ya we’d help make you pretty impressive).

This is where things get good!

It’s time to start running more effective campaigns with your newly acquired landing page savvy. If you weren’t page-building in the app as you went along, here’s a checklist to get you started.

Step 1: Choose a campaign to run.

Step 2: Build and publish your first landing page. Remember to include the following five elements:

  1. A strong, contextual image (or ‘Hero Shot’)
  2. The unique selling point (a headline and sub-headline)
  3. Clearly writing benefit copy
  4. Your call to action (the contact form and CTA button)
  5. Social proof or testimonials

And Step 3: Run your first A/B test to determine which elements of your page could use some improvement (Is your copy working to convert? How about testing out a new headline? Or better yet, different benefit blurb copy to speak to a different segment of your target market!)
